If you are unsure which size you need, you will need to measure your existing child's bike nuts with calipers.
The FollowMe set comes with the 5/16 and 3/8 axle nuts. The axle nuts on childrens bikes can have metric or English threads. These sizes are very close to each other making determining the right size difficult.
To check the size, you can measure the inside size of the axle nut on your childs bike.
Visit a bike store if you do not have access to a Vernier Caliper.
5/16 Inner size axle nut 6.9mm: Common
3/8 Inner size axle nut 8.5mm: The most common size
M8 x 1.25 Inner size axle nut 6.7mm: Used infrequently
M9 x 1 Inner size axle nut 8mm: For bikes with a hub dynamo
