UK Mainland
When shipping a FollowMe Tandem, we use DPD's next working day service. Upon dispatch you will receive a tracking email and text message to the supplied contact details. From here you can reorganise delivery for another day, or ask the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place etc.
On the morning of delivery DPD will provide you with a one hour delivery time slot so that you know when to be in.
When shipping a FollowMe Cargo trailer we will use another tracked express courier such as TNT's express service.
Accessories and spare parts are shipped using Royal Mail 48. This is generally a two-day service. You are able to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 or DPD next-day service for an additional fee.
Orders over £100 will be sent with free next-day delivery courtesy of DPD.
